I am a Marine Biologist and have a year and a half of experience in the field of marine conservation.
Since I was a child, I have had a strong fascination with sea turtles, their reproduction, implications for their conservation, an interest that develops into my education and current career working as a researcher in sea turtle conservation profile. Therefore, at the terminal of the chairs I produced a monograph (Assessment of the Impact of Artisanal Fishing on the Accidental Capture of Sea Turtles on Bazaruto Island) which served as a response to resolve conflicts between the Bazaruto Archipelago National Park and the community there.
I now work as a field and research officer, carrying out the following activities: tracking seagrass and identifying places with the presence of seagrass; means of alternatives for fishing communities; environmental education in schools
