2019-present. The research included identifying the bacterial candidates that
could optimally degrade polystyrene and polypropylene microplastic types. The
bacteria used come from biofilms attached to plastic waste in seawater.

Milani Anggiani received an M.Si. in Biology (Microbiology) from the University of Indonesia, Indonesia, in 2017.
