I have bachelor degree in
Chemistry/Oceanography, Master degree in chemical oceanography and Ph.D. in marine
pollution (removal of oil spill). Currently, I'm
working as a lecturer and a member of
the research staff at Pollution lab,
Marine Environment Division, National Institute of Oceanography and Fisheries
in Egypt; also, I am International Ocean Institute (IOI) Alumni Ambassador and a
member of the Egyptian
Academy for Environmental Development. During my work in the pollution lab, I get
acquainted with the marine and coastal issues in Egypt such as construction on
the coastal line and pollution issues and how to solve such issues. Thus, my main interests are pollution, water quality
and treatment techniques, marine sciences, research, training, lecturing, environmental
protection, environmental and water management, Evaluation & monitoring and
project management.
