Dr. Garbossa has extensive experience in different fields directly and indirectly linked to coastal management. He started working as hydraulic and sanitation engineer, focussed on applied research for environment monitoring, wastewater treatment, hydrology and numerical modelling. In the recent years, he directed his career to coastal sea level monitoring and water quality monitoring in aquaculture areas aiming to subsidize numerical modelling studies. He carries out research on estuaries, embayments and river catchments, and has experience with MOHID and SWAT modelling systems.
