Head of the drift modelling group at Météo-France. After being rapporteur on Marine Pollution
Emergency Response Support System within the Commission of Marine
Meteorology (1993-2001) and then JCOMM (2001-2005), I chaired the Expert
Team on Marine Accident Emergency Support (2005-2009). I was core
member of the Expert Team on Operational Ocean Forecast Systems
(2009-2017) and of the Ad hoc Task Team on JCOMM Coordination for Marine
Environmental Emergency Responses (2012-2017). From 2018 to 2019, I
was Vice-Chair of the Expert Team on Marine Environmental Emergency
Response. In 2019, I was appointed core member of the Standing Committee
on Marine Meteorological and Oceanographic Services (sc-mmo).
