I’m a matchmaker‑in‑making in the blue economy — charting an intentional journey to connect capital, communities, and coasts in service of ocean health, ocean resilience, and a sustainable ocean economy.

Building on my Public‑Private Partnership (PPP) experience, I work to mobilise climate and blue finance for resilient, inclusive growth across the world’s coastal economies. Rooted in India’s coastal regions, my work explores how national leadership, local innovation, and global capital flows can combine to create measurable, lasting impact.

My foundation spans climate policy, PPP structuring, SDG‑aligned economic development, MRV (Measurement, Reporting & Verification) systems, and stakeholder coordination across government, private sector, and DFIs. I believe MRV is the integrity backbone of credible blue finance — ensuring that nature‑positive intentions translate into verifiable outcomes for ecosystems and communities.

Through Mission Blue Finance, I approach blue bonds, sustainable ocean capital, and emerging global and regional frameworks with a beginner’s curiosity and a systems architect’s lens.
