countries along the Atlantic Coast, the United Nations System, Inter-Governmental Organizations,
Development Banks and Donors, International Specialized Research Institutes, International NonGovernmental Organizations (NGOs), National Cooperation agencies, etc. I have managed
national and regional portfolios dealing with marine and coastal environmental issues, sustainable
development and international cooperation.
