My research interests include the development of the ocean general circulation
model, the
coupled atmosphere-ocean general circulation model,
investigation of the ocean-atmosphere interaction, high-resolution ocean modelling of the
Pacific, Atlantic, Indian and Arctic Ocean. My interests also include the seas
adjacent to Russia: the Black and Azov, Caspian, Okhotsk
and Japan/East Seas.
I took part in the development of the oceanic component of the INM RAS
Earth System Model INMCM3 (CMIP3, IPCC-AR4), INMCM4 (CMIP5, IPCC-AR5) and
INMCM5 (CMIP5, IPCC-AR6).
