Md. Wahidul Alam is a Professor at the Department of Oceanography, with experience in both the theoretical and practica aspects of marine science and oceanography. He was awarded a PhD in the Science of Marine Environmental and Resources Protection Law from the Ocean University of China, Qingdao, in 2019. Mr. Alam also holds a BSc (Honors) and an MSc in Marine Science and Oceanography from the University of Chittagong. In addition to his academic achievements, he has participated in different national and international training programs, conferences, and workshops. Furthermore, Mr. Alam has organized academic training sessions and meetings on marine environment protection and has contributed to the academic community by reviewing journal manuscripts and book contents. He continues to collaborate with global scholars to develop a sustainable blue economy in Bangladesh.
