ship officers.

Representing
Marine interest and providing expert advice in Oceanography and Marine
Meteorology to users on request.

Teaching
Marine Meteorology and other related subjects at RMTC, Oshodi.

Providing short-term training in marine meteorology for students of higher Institutions on
Industrial Attachment, students on excursion, Officials from the Navy, Oil
companies, etc.

Preparation
and issuing of Marine Meteorological Quarterly Bulletin.

Carrying
out research in Marine Meteorology and Oceanography.
