To ensure seed availability of the African Catfish for local farmers, and also reduce to cost of producing fingerlings in local farms, I worked on how animal manures can be utilized to generate live food (zooplankton) to be used in place of Artemia as food for the African Catfish larvae.
I also worked on flora and faunal assemblages of two beaches in Ghana looking at the anthropogenic effects on them.  
Other research interest were around Sea turtle conservation and how community can be used in their conservation (Citizen Science).
My current research interest is to calibrate the mangrove oyster for use in paleoenvironmental studies using stable isotopes of carbon and oxygen in their shells. This will help in understand past climates and its effect on the estuarine fisheries of Eastern Ghana
