Activities
I have a broad background from planning (MSC from the Norwegian Institute of Technology, several years of work) and marine management (LLM in the Law of the Sea, PhD in policy studies and law, several years of work). My research so far is about ecosystem-based ocean management, environmental assessments and Arctic Shipping.
I regularly teach environmental impact assessment (EIA) and ecosystem-based ocean management on various courses, but also have been responsible for courses in marine resource management and environmental management in municipalities.
