 I have strength in data extraction, numerical modelling techniques, analysis and interpretation using MATLAB, R-Studio and Java and also maintaining a proper filing and document retrieval system. Besides, I have experience in innovative geotechnical field measurements, geographical information system (GIS), digital mapping and modelling of environmental properties, water and sediment fluxes in river basins both from the University of Nairobi. Besides, I also have undergone training in Broadband Acoustics, Data Processing and Analysis, Marine GIS applications trained by United Nations Economic and Social Council/International Ocean Commission, Indian National Centre for Ocean Information Systems and Kenya Marine and Fisheries Research Institute, Future Smart City Designs, Mathematical Modelling; Theory and Practice from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology potential petroleum sites along the Kenyan Rift valley, mineralogy, prospects of petroleum geosciences and necessary disaster management skills which are of the essence in geological engineering surveys and research.
Furthermore, I have demonstrated outstanding performance where I was awarded the extra mile award in the Annual National Innovation Show in Mombasa, Kenya, for efficiency in knowledge and technology transfer. My stand was rated as the best in community projects/services-Number one, stand that best interprets current show theme (Education and Research)-Number 2, Best stand in research and development-Number two, Best stand in innovation and invention-Number two.
