Nick
is currently Project Manager for the Irish Petroleum Infrastructure Programme,
which requires extensive links with Canada, USA and Europe. In 1986 he established an oil and gas
exploration consultancy business providing operations geology services
internationally. He joined SLR in 1995 to develop their O&G sector. His
current projects are in CO2 sequestration (CCS), unconventional gas, offshore
gas hydrates and geothermal potential. Nick has contributed to a number of
strategic reports on Irish energy policy including strategic gas storage, wind
energy, building community engagement and social support in energy transition,
and CCS.
