My fascination towards the Oceans was the driving force to pursue my research career in Marine Ecology and Ecotoxicology. I have been actively involved in carrying out research in this field since 2008 as well as it has led to my Doctorate in Marine Ecotoxicology from Anna University-Chennai, India.
Currently, I have been working on coastal and marine ecotoxicology and its multi-disciplinary integration with climate change and integrated coastal management. The work includes creation of a database on pollution status and monitoring along the coast of India.
