I am director of an international professional group of academics, private industry and government representatives interested in economic and social sciences as applied to fisheries and seafood problems. Our 400 members come from over 60 countries throughout the world and are involved in research on fisheries management, seafood markets, aquaculture, marine resource economics, economic models as applied to fisheries, etc. We have international conferences, Newsletters, a Membership Directory, and other publications. Any interested individual is welcome to join.
