Activities
Researching population dynamics of blue crab Callinectes sapidus and fiddler crabs Uca spp. Using larval settlement studies and behavioral studies in the lab to examine transport of postlarvae and larvae. Interested in effects of physical processes, especially small-scale turbulence, on biological organisms and communities. Also interested in predator/prey dynamics, especially how they drive habitat selection preferences of prey species.
