As Operational Manager of the Mediterranean Sea Monitoring and Forecasting Centre (MFC)-physical component- within the Copernicus Marine Environment Monitoring Service, I am in charge of the operational forecasting production chain and of the validation of the oceanographic forecasting system. I worked also on data analysis and production of climatologies in SeaDataNet and SeaDataNetII Projects. Expertise in oceanographic data and operational oceanography. Participation to the EU-Projects: MERSEA, SeaDataNet, SeaDataNetII, MyOcean, MyOcean2, MyOcean FO, Ritmare and Copernicus Marine Environment Monitoring Service.
