i am a chef of marine section i have a study of seiche phenomena at algerian port it is a petrolem one ( BEJAIA PORT )we use the result of the study in operational to forecast the seiche in this port.
I am also a responsable of the communication of the national office of meteorology of Algeria .
i work to the control of marine model we use actualy SWAN and WAM and Meteo France marine forecast 0.1 km resolution.
