Summary

The meeting will be held at Ifremer campus on 14 May 2018 and Pole Numèrique (next to Ifremer Campus) from 15-17 May 2018. NOTE: Access to Meeting Venue on 14 May (Very Important). All participants personal information (first/last name, nationality), and representing organisation are requested by the local host in advance to facilitate registration and access to the meeting venue. Foreign citizens (non-French) are requested to provide a brief biography/CV (3-4 lines maximum), a scanned copy of their passport and the form Access Request to IFREMER filled out (form can be found in the Local Information document). All information should be provided to Ms. Emanuela Rusciano (erusciano@jcommops.org) by 3 April 2018. Please note that this information is required only if attending the meeting on 14 May.
