Our science is mission driven and delivers a valuable, integrated approach to solving problems and providing solutions concerning the complexity of marine ecosystems and the unique bioresources they contain.
PML’s research mission blends understanding the major issues of concern today, with developing the expertise, tools and technologies needed to make significant advances in examining and solving the detailed processes that underpin marine ecosystems. We are therefore uniquely qualified to research and advise on many of the issues that form the debate on global change and sustainability in marine systems.
