Activities
Among others, Malaysian Remote Sensing Agency (ARSM) functions are :
* Principle research and development organisation in the areas of remote sensing and related technologies in the country.
* Advisor to the government on matters pertaining to remote sensing and related technologies in Malaysia.
* Focal point for implementing the National Remote Sensing Programme, by acting as the chairman of the national 'Working Group of Remote Sensing'.
* Coordinator for implementing remote sensing activities in the country
