Activities
I am a Project Officer at the
Atlantic International Research (AIR) Centre. I have previously worked
as post-doc researcher at the University of Lisbon and the MARE Centre
(Lisbon), where I was team member of several national and international
research projects (e.g. ESA OC-CCI). I have worked with the
integration of various types of satellite , model and in-situ
oceanographic data, and development of remote sensing methods, for
several types of aplications and open-ocean and coastal studies, in the
fields of ocean colour remote sensing, physical oceanography, ocean
climate variability, physical-biological interactions in the ocean and
marine plastic pollution.
