The Intergovernmental Coordination Group for the Pacific Tsunami Warning and Mitigation System (ICG/PTWS), at its 26th session, decided to continue the Regional Working Group on Tsunami Warning and Mitigation in the South China Sea under the chairmanship of Mr Hing-Yim MOK (China). The Fifth meeting of the ICG/PTWS Regional Working Group on Tsunami Warning and Mitigation in the South China Sea Region (ICG/PTWS-WG/SCS-V), will be hosted by the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHILVOCS) on 2–4 March 2016, in Manila, Philippines.
